The Key West Golf Club is a development of 390 homes surrounding the Key West Golf Course. This development was created and built by Pritam Singh the man that also created the Truman Annex. The homes and townhomes at the club are all in the master association that cares for the roads and common grounds as well as the two pools and clubhouse that belong to the association. There is 24 hour a day security at the gatehouse. This development was started aprox. 1995. The Santuary is at the rear of the property and is a gated community within this private community.
